Refund policy

You can initiate an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

In line with our hygiene standards, all returns requests undergo a quality check by our team before approval or denial. A fee of INR 100/- will be charged for the exchange. Since we rely on third-party delivery partners, we incur costs for reverse pickup from your location as well as for delivering the exchanged product. To ease this burden, we ask customers to cover only one-way charges, in case of size exchange or quality issue please contact customer support and is/may liable to free exchange of the product

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item you want to exchange. Once approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Note: Exchanges are limited to size changes or quality issues on the same product and can only be done once. ( Here quality issues only refers to the damaged product.)
