Refund Policy

We offer exchanges only and do not accept returns.

You can initiate an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. To start the process, please click on the CONTACT US option or email us at support@muzanapparels.com.

In line with our hygiene standards, all exchange requests undergo a quality check by our team before approval or denial. A fee of INR 200/- will be charged for the exchange. Since we rely on third-party delivery partners, we incur costs for reverse pickup from your location as well as for delivering the exchanged product. To ease this burden, we ask customers to cover only one-way charges.

Damages and Issues  
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges 
For the fastest service, return the item you want to exchange. Once approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Note: Exchanges are limited to size changes on the same product and can only be done once.
